You are not alone
Sometimes life’s challenges come along and get on top of you. When they do, you may feel you have to cope and be strong for others, while hiding your own fear, worry or doubt. Perhaps things sort themselves out but, if they don’t, it can lead to a wide range of symptoms. These include anxiety, stress, IBS (stomach problems), pain or other mental, emotional or physical difficulties.
If that is you, I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. And you do not have to go it alone either.

I work with young people of all ages, to help them make sense of life and build their self-esteem.
I also work with parents to show them how to help and support their own children at home.

Working face to face or online, together we address issues such as work stress, bereavement, sleeplessness or phobias.
